      Hi Team,

      To make lead capture easier and more consistent at {tradeshow name}, we’ll be using our Lead Scanner web app to scan business cards and event badges.

      Please review the steps below before your next show or watch the video here. (Ensure you're logged in to proax microsoft account to watch the video)

      Access the Lead Scanner App

      Use this link on your phone: https://v0-business-card-pwa.vercel.app/

      Login Instructions

      • Password: proax (all lowercase)

      • Username: Enter your Proax username

        • Example: horunlu

        • ⚠️ Important: You must use the same username every time you log in so your leads stay consistent.

      How to Capture a Lead

      1. Log into the app using the details above.

      2. Tap the “Take Photo” button.

      3. Take a clear photo of:

        • A business card or

        • A tradeshow lead badge

      4. The app will automatically extract the contact information from the image.

      👉 You can also upload an image later if needed. However, we strongly recommend capturing the lead and adding any notes as soon as possible while the conversation is fresh—this helps avoid missing or forgetting important details.

      Best Practices

      • Make sure the card or badge is well-lit and in focus.

      • Add notes right after the conversation whenever possible.

      • Scan leads as you go during the show to avoid losing cards or details.
