We ship to addresses within Canada and the U.S. only. Please note that shipping to P.O. boxes may not be available for all orders. If you have a specific shipping request or concern, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Shipping Times

Our goal is to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Below are estimated transit times based on your location:

  • Ontario & Quebec Regions: 1 to 2 business days

  • BC to Ontario/Quebec: 4 to 5 business days

  • Maritimes to Ontario/Quebec: 4 to 5 business days

For items stocked at manufacturer locations, lead times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Expedited shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more information if you need faster delivery.


Backorders and Partial Shipments

If a product is not available at your nearest warehouse, it will be sourced from our other locations or directly from the manufacturer. This may lead to a slight delay. You will be notified about backorders along with estimated shipping times.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately while waiting for backordered items, add a note during checkout. Our sales representative will contact you to confirm the details, and additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.


Delivery Issues and Support

If you encounter any issues during delivery, we are here to help:

  • Delayed Delivery: Contact our customer service team for an update.

  • Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Items: We will arrange for the correct items to be sent at no extra cost.

  • Missing Items: Check your shipping confirmation, then contact us if there is any discrepancy.

  • Address Errors: If you notice an address mistake, reach out as soon as possible so we can correct it before shipment.


Returns and Warranty

Returning items is easy through your Proax account. Please refer to our Returns Policy for conditions related to stock, non-stock, and non-returnable items. For warranty issues, our RMA team will work with the supplier to resolve them on your behalf.
