1-What should I do If I can’t find the products on proax.ca?

2-What if the item I want is not in stock?

If the item you're interested in is currently not in stock at our Proax locations, we instantly order your products from the manufacturers. If your item is available in one of our locations, we can send it directly to you. In both cases, please contact us to arrange this. Note that shipping charges may apply. By having an account with us, you can track the status of your orders and shipments with ease.

3-Are stock levels correct?

Yes, they are. We display stock levels for all of our locations. Some manufacturers share their stock levels, and we display these on our product pages. You can still place your order online for these quantities, and we will ensure the products are delivered to you.

4-Are prices correct?

Yes, the prices are correct. If your company has an account with us, you may want to ensure your pricing is set up correctly. If you see different pricing than your colleagues, it's likely because your email is not connected to your company account. Please contact us to get your email connected.

5-What does it mean when a part is available to order?

When a part is available to order, it means that the product is currently not in stock or readily available for immediate shipping. However, you can still place an order, and we at Proax will prioritize shipping it to you as quickly as possible. Your order is important to us, and we'll do our best to get the product to you promptly.

6-What should I do if the product I'm interested in has been discontinued?

If the product you're looking for has been discontinued, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team. They can provide information about potential replacements or similar products that might suit your needs. Our goal is to help you find the best possible solution, even when a specific product is no longer available.

7-What should I do if remaining stock quantities are different from standard pack sizes?

If the remaining stock quantities differ from standard pack sizes and you're interested in ordering them, please contact us to request a quote. We will assist you with the order and ensure the stock is delivered to you.

8-Can I request to have a product shipped from a different location?

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you may need a product urgently or prefer it to be shipped from a specific location. For customers within Quebec and Ontario, we offer free transfers of products between our locations, subject to a limit. However, if you require a product from a location outside of Quebec and Ontario, we can still accommodate your request. In such cases, there may be shipping charges involved, which you would need to cover. To explore this option and get your desired product faster, please reach out to our customer support team.

9-Is there a minimum quantity requirement to place an order?

Products sold in packs must be ordered as such. For example, if a product is sold in quantities of 10, the minimum order will be 10, but you can order more than 10 as the quantity can be increased gradually.
